One API key connects your Shoppex store. Aiva answers from your catalog and your orders, confirms an order is complete, and gathers the rest before your team ever opens it.
my license stopped working after i reinstalled windows Your order from March is complete and your license is still active, so there is no problem with the license itself. After a reinstall, it usually stays registered to the previous installation. Only our team can reset that, so I have sent them your order and a description of the problem. perfect, thank you
Shoppex runs your catalog, your orders and your licenses. Assistify adds the conversation on the page, so a question that starts with finding an order arrives answered, or arrives with the order attached.
In their own words
One API key. Assistify asks for variants explicitly, because Shoppex leaves them out of list responses by default, so Aiva sees every edition with its own price and stock.
browse_catalog
The whole catalog by category, with price and stock, when a visitor asks what you sell.
Open to everyonefind_product
Typo-tolerant lookup on the visitor's own wording. Returns the live record, or candidates when it is ambiguous.
Open to everyoneget_product
One product by id, and only from an earlier result. Never an id a visitor typed into the chat.
Open to everyoneview_my_orders
The visitor's own orders, with dates, amounts and status. Identity comes from the verified contact.
Verified onlyview_order_details
One order's items, amount and dates. Refuses any order that is not the visitor's own.
Verified onlyview_my_account
Balance, lifetime spend and completed purchases, as totals.
Verified onlyKeys, serials, download links and credentials are dropped before your store's reply reaches Aiva. Your platform delivers them and Aiva never sees them. Aiva confirms an order was paid and says where it went.
Once the visitor verifies their email, yes. It can list their own orders with date, amount and status, open one to read the items, and read their account totals. The email comes from the verified contact record and never from the chat, so it cannot open an order that is not theirs.
No, and that is deliberate. Shoppex can do both, but Assistify never writes to your store, so those stay with you. Aiva does everything before that: confirms the order exists and is complete, reads which product and variant it was, and hands over with all of it gathered. What is left is the decision.
No. Shoppex order endpoints return delivered items and license keys, and Assistify drops both before Aiva can read the response. Neither reaches the conversation, the model, the traces or our storage. Aiva knows an order is complete and what it was for. A leak from us cannot expose a key.
Yes. Shoppex returns variants only when they are explicitly requested, and anything that skips that step describes your products as if they had one price. Assistify asks every time, so each edition arrives with its own price and stock, and a question about the three machine version gets the live answer.
