One API key connects your SellHub store. Aiva answers from your products, their variants and your invoices, so a question about a coupon or an order is answered from the record.
my discount code is not working at checkout That code applies to the annual plans, and you currently have the monthly one in your cart, which is why it is not being accepted. Here are the plans it applies to. that explains it, i will take the yearly one
SellHub runs your products, your invoices and your coupons. Assistify adds the conversation in front of them, so a visitor can ask about any of the three without leaving the page.
In their own words
One API key. SellHub keeps variants on their own endpoint, so Assistify pulls them per product and Aiva sees every duration with its own price and stock.
browse_catalog
The whole catalog by category, with price and stock, when a visitor asks what you sell.
Open to everyonefind_product
Typo-tolerant lookup on the visitor's own wording. Returns the live record, or candidates when it is ambiguous.
Open to everyoneget_product
One product by id, and only from an earlier result. Never an id a visitor typed into the chat.
Open to everyoneview_my_orders
The visitor's own orders, with dates, amounts and status. Identity comes from the verified contact.
Verified onlyview_order_details
One order's items, amount and dates. Refuses any order that is not the visitor's own.
Verified onlyview_my_account
Balance, lifetime spend and completed purchases, as totals.
Verified onlyKeys, serials, download links and credentials are dropped before your store's reply reaches Aiva. Your platform delivers them and Aiva never sees them. Aiva confirms an order was paid and says where it went.
Once the visitor verifies their email, yes. It can list their own invoices with date, amount and status, and open one to read what it contains. The email comes from the verified contact record and never from the chat, so it cannot open somebody else's. Catalog questions work before that.
Yes. SellHub keeps variants on a separate endpoint, and Assistify fetches them per product, so each duration and edition arrives with its own price and stock. When somebody asks what is on their order, or what moving to the annual plan would cost, the answer comes from the variant itself.
It can say what a product costs and which variants exist, so it can tell a customer a code covers the annual plans and not the monthly one, and point at the ones it does cover. It cannot create, edit or apply a coupon, and it will not invent a discount to close a conversation.
Yes. The widget is one script tag, so it runs on your SellHub storefront, on a custom domain in front of it, or on a separate marketing website, and the same store connection answers on all of them. Nothing about the integration depends on where the page is served from.
Generate a key for the store you want to connect from your SellHub dashboard.
Pick SellHub under Integrations. Assistify reads your store once to check the key before saving.
All six lookups are on when you connect. Turn off any you do not want.
