Your shop ID and an API key, and Aiva answers with your SellAuth catalog and invoices behind it. It confirms a payment landed, and hands over what it cannot settle.
i paid an hour ago for the 3 month plan and still have not received anything Your payment was received at 14:12 and the order is marked as delivered. The key was sent to the email address on the order, so please check your spam folder. If it is not there, tell me and I will send this to our team with your invoice. found it, thank you
SellAuth runs your storefront, your checkout and your delivery. Assistify adds the part that happens on the page itself: a conversation that reads your SellAuth catalog and invoices while a customer is asking.
In their own words
A shop ID and an API key. Products, variants and stock come from your catalog. Order questions resolve against your real invoices, including the ones still confirming.
browse_catalog
The whole catalog by category, with price and stock, when a visitor asks what you sell.
Open to everyonefind_product
Typo-tolerant lookup on the visitor's own wording. Returns the live record, or candidates when it is ambiguous.
Open to everyoneget_product
One product by id, and only from an earlier result. Never an id a visitor typed into the chat.
Open to everyoneview_my_orders
The visitor's own orders, with dates, amounts and status. Identity comes from the verified contact.
Verified onlyview_order_details
One order's items, amount and dates. Refuses any order that is not the visitor's own.
Verified onlyview_my_account
Balance, lifetime spend and completed purchases, as totals.
Verified onlyKeys, serials, download links and credentials are dropped before your store's reply reaches Aiva. Your platform delivers them and Aiva never sees them. Aiva confirms an order was paid and says where it went.
Once the visitor verifies their email, yes. It can list their own invoices with date, amount and status, and open one to read the items and the payment. The email comes from the verified contact record and never from the chat, so it cannot open somebody else's. Catalog questions work before that.
Aiva reads the status your store reports. When an invoice is pending or confirming it says so, and explains that delivery follows confirmation. It will not invent a delivery time. If the status looks wrong, the conversation reaches your team with the invoice attached.
Every call the integration makes is a read: the catalog, one product, your invoices, one invoice. Nothing creates, edits, refunds or deletes. You also choose which of the six lookups are on, so a shop that only wants catalog answers can leave the order ones off.
Yes. Stock comes from the live product or variant rather than a cached copy, so Aiva will not offer a duration that has just sold out. When something is gone it says so and points at what you do have left.
Generate a key for the shop you want to connect, and note the shop's numeric ID.
Pick SellAuth under Integrations. Assistify calls your shop once to check the credentials before saving.
All six lookups are on when you connect. Turn off any you do not want.
