One API key connects your Sell.app store. Aiva answers from your listings, their variants and your invoices, so a question about a subscription or a past order comes from the record.
does the membership renew automatically or do i buy it again
Sell.app runs your listings, your checkout and your delivery. Assistify adds the conversation on the page, reading the listings and invoices Sell.app already holds.
In their own words
One API key. Assistify reads your listings and their variants, including whether a variant bills once or renews, so Aiva can tell the two apart in a conversation.
browse_catalog
The whole catalog by category, with price and stock. For when the visitor asks what you sell.
Open to everyonefind_product
Typo-tolerant lookup on the visitor's own wording. Returns the live record, or candidates when it is ambiguous.
Open to everyoneget_product
One product by id, only from an earlier result. Never an id dictated in the chat.
Open to everyoneview_my_orders
The visitor's own orders, with dates, amounts and status. Identity comes from the verified contact.
Verified onlyview_order_details
One order's items, amount and dates. Refuses any order that is not the visitor's own.
Verified onlyview_my_account
Balance, lifetime spend and completed purchases, as totals.
Not on SellAppKeys, serials, download links and credentials are dropped before your store's reply becomes anything Aiva can read. Your platform already delivers them. Aiva confirms an order was paid and says where it went. It cannot read what was sent.
Once the visitor verifies their email, yes. It can list their own invoices with date, amount and status, and open one to read what it contains. On Sell.app that is where personal data stops: there is no account summary lookup, because Sell.app does not expose the balance and lifetime totals the other platforms do.
Yes. Sell.app marks each variant as a single payment or a subscription and Assistify carries that through, so Aiva knows which of your products renew. It can show both shapes side by side when you sell the same access as a subscription and as a one off, which is what most of these conversations are actually about.
Sell.app returns variant prices in minor units, which is a common way to end up quoting a hundred times the real figure. Assistify converts them at the boundary and keeps the currency the variant declares, so what Aiva says out loud matches the product page. Stock comes from the live variant too.
It says so and hands over rather than guessing. The conversation arrives in your inbox with the invoice, the listing and everything the visitor already said attached, so the first thing your team reads is the situation rather than a request to repeat it.
