Your store ID and a scoped API key, and Aiva answers from your catalog and your orders. It confirms an order was delivered, and hands the rest over with the order already open.
paid with crypto, how long until it goes through
Komerza runs the checkout, the payment providers and the delivery. Assistify adds the part that happens on the page, a conversation that can read the store Komerza already holds.
In their own words
A store ID and an API key. Komerza scopes keys by permission, so the one you create can be limited to exactly the reads Assistify performs.
browse_catalog
The whole catalog by category, with price and stock. For when the visitor asks what you sell.
Open to everyonefind_product
Typo-tolerant lookup on the visitor's own wording. Returns the live record, or candidates when it is ambiguous.
Open to everyoneget_product
One product by id, only from an earlier result. Never an id dictated in the chat.
Open to everyoneview_my_orders
The visitor's own orders, with dates, amounts and status. Identity comes from the verified contact.
Verified onlyview_order_details
One order's items, amount and dates. Refuses any order that is not the visitor's own.
Verified onlyview_my_account
Balance, lifetime spend and completed purchases, as totals.
Verified onlyKeys, serials, download links and credentials are dropped before your store's reply becomes anything Aiva can read. Your platform already delivers them. Aiva confirms an order was paid and says where it went. It cannot read what was sent.
Once the visitor verifies their email, yes. It can list their own orders with date, amount and status, open one to read the items, and read their store balance and lifetime totals. The email comes from the verified contact record and never from the chat, so it cannot open somebody else's.
Yes, and it is the better way to connect. Komerza scopes keys by permission, and a key holding only the view permissions covers everything Assistify does. Every call is a read: products, one product, orders, one order, customers. Komerza keys do not expire until revoked, so a key you scope down once stays that way.
It reports the state your store is actually in. Komerza separates an order that failed to deliver from one that was never paid, and Assistify carries that through instead of flattening both into a generic failure. The customer is told which one it is, and the conversation reaches your team with the order attached.
No. Komerza returns delivered items on the order detail endpoint, including file content, licence keys and delivery tokens, and Assistify drops all of it before the response becomes anything Aiva can read. None of it reaches the conversation, the model or our storage. What was delivered stays between Komerza and your customer.
Generate a key with the view permissions for products, orders and customers. Note the store ID.
Pick Komerza under Integrations. Assistify checks the key and the store access before saving.
All six lookups arrive on. Turn off any you would rather it did not use.
