What does Assistify need to connect Notion?
A sign-in to your Notion workspace. On Notion’s own page, you choose the pages Assistify may read, up to 1,000, and Assistify reads nothing else.
How often are Notion pages synced?
Every day, or every week if you prefer. Each sync reads only the pages edited since the last one, and your team can start a sync at any time.
Can customers see my Notion pages?
No. Aiva answers from them, and articles your team imports from Notion stay internal: they never appear on your help center or in Webchat.
What happens if access to Notion is revoked?
The connection is marked as disconnected and the members who can reconnect it receive an email. Signing in again resumes the sync.
