If you own an existing supported selling platform, you will be live in 2 to 3 minutes. For a custom website, our SDK and developer docs will guide you through that, and it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to integrate our widget. We have spent precious hours crafting a smooth, easy-to-understand flow for each of our users.
A conversation is one chat with a visitor, how many messages it contains doesn't matter. Your plan's monthly quota counts these chats, not individual messages. All the previews and sandboxed conversations inside your dashboard don't count, of course.
It depends on your plan, and you will get notified as you approach any limits. On Free, new conversations are put on hold once you reach the monthly cap, and you can upgrade anytime. On Pro, anything beyond your quota is billed at 0.50€ per extra conversation.
Yes. Upgrades are instant, prorated for the rest of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your plan active until then.
Yes. Assistify is hosted in the EU and any sensitive data is encrypted. We will never sell your data and our models are not trained on it. For any privacy or general question, do not hesitate to contact us.
