I'd recommend one of these:

Perfect, I'll take the Starter one.

Hey, do you have anything shorter than a year if I grab a license?

Everything you need to know about Assistify.
The chat widget runs on any website, and Assistify connects directly to SellAuth, SellHub, SellApp, Shoppex, Komerza and Shopify. On one of those platforms you paste your API credentials and Aiva can read your real catalog, orders and customers. On a custom website, or a storefront we have not built an integration for yet, the Custom API integration points Aiva at your own REST endpoints and you define exactly which actions it can call. The widget itself is one script tag, so it works the same on a hosted store, a landing page or a fully custom codebase.
Yes, and that is what most Assistify stores use it for. A store selling licenses, keys, subscriptions or downloads gets the same questions every day: where is my key, was my order delivered, why has my license stopped working, how do I install it, can I move it to another machine. Aiva answers those from the knowledge base you upload, and when the question is about a specific purchase it looks the order up in your connected store, confirms the payment went through and tells the customer where the key was sent. Anything it cannot resolve reaches your team with the order already attached.
Aiva is the AI support agent built into Assistify, and it answers from two places. First, the knowledge base you build: PDFs, documents, plain text, question-and-answer pairs, or a URL we crawl for you. Second, the integrations you connect, which give it live access to your catalog and your orders. You control the rest, including the tone it uses, which languages it speaks, whether it leans towards support or sales, and how it should behave in specific scenarios. Before a reply is sent, an independent reviewer checks it against the knowledge it used, so Aiva says it does not know rather than inventing an answer.
Yes. Connect SellAuth, SellHub, SellApp, Shoppex, Komerza or Shopify with your API credentials, or wire up your own REST API. Aiva can then search your catalog, pull an order's status and history, and check what a customer bought before, all inside the conversation instead of sending them to a form. You choose which of those actions it is allowed to run, per integration, from your dashboard. Every action is read-only today: Aiva looks things up and answers with real data, but it cannot change an order, issue a refund or edit a subscription. Write actions will follow as confidence in the product grows.
Yes. Every conversation, whether Aiva opened it or a visitor did, lands in one shared inbox your whole team works from. Anyone with the right permission can read the full history, reply directly, leave an internal note only your team sees, or transfer the conversation to a colleague. Aiva also escalates on its own when it should: the handoff carries a summary, the reason it could not resolve the issue, and the concrete next step to take, so whoever picks it up is not scrolling through the chat to catch up. Anything Aiva marked urgent arrives flagged as such. You can filter and save views for the topics that keep coming back.
Yes, with no setup on your side. Aiva detects the language of each message and replies in it, and it can switch mid-conversation if the visitor does. Your team is not tied to that: agents write in their own language and the visitor reads every reply in theirs, translated both ways as the conversation goes. This matters for digital goods, where a store selling a license or a download often ships to twenty countries from its first week and the buyer's English is not always their strongest language. The widget's own interface, its buttons, labels and prompts, follows the visitor's language too.
On a supported selling platform you are live in two to three minutes: create the account, paste one script tag into your store's theme or custom-code area, and add your API credentials if you want Aiva to see real orders. On a custom website, install the @assistifychat/widget package from npm or drop the same script tag in, then use the public API if you want to open, close or preload the widget from your own code. That path takes about ten minutes. Nothing else has to change: the widget loads asynchronously after your page, so it never blocks a paint or shifts your layout.
Trusting a tool to talk to your customers is a real decision, so the trial is the whole product rather than a sample of it. For 14 days you get every feature, including Aiva, with no card and no commitment. Connect your store, upload your knowledge, and watch how Aiva handles real conversations before you decide anything. When the 14 days end nothing is deleted: your account, knowledge base, contacts and conversation history stay exactly as they are. If you do nothing you move to the Free plan, which keeps live chat and 50 conversations a month, and Aiva pauses until you pick a paid plan.
A conversation is one chat with one visitor, however many messages it contains. A customer who sends thirty messages sorting out a license that stopped working is one conversation, not thirty, so a demanding customer never costs more than a quick one. Your plan's monthly quota counts conversations, not messages. Tests you run yourself are excluded: previews and sandboxed conversations inside your dashboard never touch the quota. The count resets at the start of each billing month and the dashboard shows where you stand at any time, so you are never guessing how much of the month is left.
You are notified as you approach the limit, well before you reach it, so it is never a surprise. On the Free plan, new conversations are put on hold once you hit 50 in a month; conversations already open keep working and upgrading releases the rest immediately. On Pro, the 500 included conversations are followed by overage at 0.50€ per extra conversation on your next invoice, so support never stops in the middle of your busiest week. Unlimited has no conversation cap at all. Whichever plan you are on, a spike in traffic never silently drops a customer.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against the rest of your current cycle, so you only pay the difference. Downgrades apply at the end of the period you have already paid for, which means you keep the higher limits until then. Cancelling stops future renewals and leaves your plan active until the end of the current period. There is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Your data is not held hostage either: your knowledge base, contacts and conversation history stay in your account when you change plans or stop paying.
Yes. Assistify is built to be GDPR-compliant, and the platform and its database are hosted in the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit, and integration credentials, API keys and database backups are encrypted at rest. We never sell your data, and no model is trained on it, yours or your customers'. We are equally clear about the exceptions: generating an AI reply sends the message to our model provider under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and every sub-processor is listed publicly. A GDPR data processing agreement and a visitor-facing chat privacy notice are both published and ready to link from your own store.
