A conversation is one chat thread with a visitor, however many messages it contains. Your plan's monthly allowance counts these threads, not individual messages. Test chats you start yourself don't count.
It depends on your plan, and you get a heads-up as you approach the limit. On Free, new conversations pause once you reach the monthly cap while your open chats keep going, and you can upgrade anytime. On Pro, conversations never stop, and anything beyond your allowance is billed at 0.50 EUR per extra conversation.
Yes. Upgrades apply right away, prorated for the rest of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your plan active until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, and your account moves to Free afterward.
Yes. Assistify is hosted in the EU and your data is encrypted in transit. We never sell your data, and our AI providers do not train their models on it. As your data processor we provide a DPA, and our privacy policy and sub-processor list cover the full detail.
