Live translation
Translates conversations both ways in real time. When a visitor writes in another language, their messages appear in your language in the dashboard and your replies appear in the visitor's language inside the widget.
Aiva over Discord
Add Aiva to your Discord server. Get assistance inside your ticket channels or when mentioned in a channel, and configure your team's roles. Widget conversations can be mirrored into a private staff thread where your team can reply to the visitor straight from Discord. A private `/aiva ask` command gives one-shot answers only the asker sees. Connect your server in Channels -> Discord.
Insights
Aiva reviews your conversations continuously and suggests specific, evidence-backed improvements: new or corrected knowledge-base articles, contradictions and duplicates to resolve, and setup advice. Approve a suggestion and Aiva makes the change to your workspace. Themes show what visitors ask about most, and Outcomes measure what each applied change actually did to your business.
Multiple branded widgets
Run more than one branded widget from a single script. Each widget has its own brand name, logo, colors, configuration and integrations. Decide which one to show depending on the domain, so the same snippet can show one brand on one website and a different brand on another.

Drive Aiva from your own app, create your own widget or use our AI agent inside any program. Create and manage API keys and usage in the dashboard. Available on request only until the feature is mature enough to be publicly accessible.
