Can I move my Crisp knowledge base to Assistify?
Yes. Add the knowledge base’s address as a website, and Aiva answers from its pages right away. Your team can then import the pages as articles and publish them in Assistify’s hosted help center, which comes with Business.
Can I bring my Crisp conversation history?
No. Crisp exports conversation messages through its REST API, and Assistify does not import conversations. Contacts appear in Assistify when customers write to your team or your website identifies them.
How does Aiva’s billing differ from Hugo’s?
Assistify counts each conversation Aiva answers once, whatever its length, against the conversations your plan includes, then charges €0.45 on Pro or €0.30 on Business for each further one. Crisp’s AI credits are token-based, so a longer conversation uses more, and Crisp estimates a conversation at $0.05 to $0.10.
Are both products hosted in the EU?
Yes. Assistify runs in the European Union on every plan, and Aiva’s replies are generated by AI providers in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses. Crisp keeps its messages in the Netherlands and its plugin data in Germany.
Can customers write to us on Discord?
With Assistify, yes: Aiva answers in your server’s tickets, in threads and when mentioned, and your team replies from the inbox. Crisp’s own Discord integration lets your team answer Crisp conversations from a Discord channel.
